Editorial

Abstract

Welcome to the first issue of PlSIKA, a quarterly journal published by the Samahang Pisika ng Pilipinas (SPP). With the publication of this journal, we aim to provide the Philippine physics community a medium for promoting physics research and provide our researchers and educators a useful resource material. PISIKA is SPP’s major publication of peer-reviewed research results in addition to the proceedings following the annual Physics Congress. We aim to build-up SPP as a continuously maturing professional and scientific organization, and via this medium, we will be able to document developments of our organization.
