Abstract

We construct and evaluate the performance of a projection optical stereolithography (OSL) set-up using a commercially-available DLP projector as light source and programmable mask. Due to the sensitivity of the photopolymerizable resin, the set-up requires at least 2 minutes to fabricate a photopolymerized structure. Furthermore, the width of the structures increases logarithmically with the incident light intensity.
