Abstract

This paper presents an application of white noise analysis to derive the quantum propagator dynamics at the normal mode of an open quantum system consisting of double harmonic oscillators which are coupled to an environment consisting of N-2 finite harmonic oscillators. The propagators were obtained after finding the normal modes of the system-environment interactions. We show that the full quantum propagator is just a product of N individual propagators. N-3 of these propagators correspond to the degenerate normal mode frequencies while the other three correspond to the non-degenerate normal mode frequencies.
